Height is genetically pre disposed but we can increase the maximum potential but increasing protein intake and doing exercises that involve stretching for example playing Basket ball. Secondly, boys sometimes have growth spurts where they increase height at once as they approach puberty.

Starting Vydalin M is a good choice you may add on Vitamin D supplement but before that you need to get the serum Vitamin D3 checked

Can you tell me his height and weight? What is his routine? Does he involve
himself in any kind of physical activity? You must motivate him to play
outside. Plus, swimming is the best exercise to increase height. What is
his usual intake of milk and other calcium rich foods? I would also like to
know your height and his mother's too because height is genetic. If parents
are short heighted, their children would definitely have a short height.
