Talk to Orthopedic Surgeon on Arm And Shoulder Pain

Hello, I am a software engineer and I sometimes feel pain in my left arm and shoulder from last 6 to 8 months. I have visited orthopedic twice, he gave me nubel forte and teach me 3 exercises after that pain gone for some time but it returns again, now after 3 months i start feeling again when i lift my laptop bag it becomes sharper. what are the reasons and whom I further consult.
