DEAR SIR, From last 13 years iam struggling from mental problems and from last 7 years iam regularly taking medicine but no chance to live a good life this problem effect my everyday life i cannot speak to people cannot do work properly.plz help and tell me any permanent solution. thanx in advance

You haven't really explained your problem here properly. History taking would be required .
Psychological problems tend to differ from each other. however it is mostly seen that the problem aggrevates if the thought pattern is not monitored.
One has to opt for therapy along with meds.
Uou have mentioned that you are not able to do your work and are bot able to meet people as well. Well this might be happening due to some kind of irratuonal thinking that can be managed with therapy /counselling. I suggest that you see a clinical psychologist soon.

I'm surprised y have u still not taken any psychological help. Kindly
consult a psychologist in ur vicinity, it is because u are taking
medication since long. But medicine is only affecting ur neurotransmitters
imbalance n it is rectifying them but wat abt the cognitive pattern in ur
mind. U need a psychologist who is going to work on ur cognition and help u
with modification of behaviour using d principles of cognitive behavioir
therapy.
