I am dealing with extreme mental disturbance. I have 20 people in family. Including my parents. They have out of this world thinking abt anything. Completely unsocial people. Due to which I dont have basic rights of life. I cannot follow islam completely due to their restrictions. I am single. They have weird thoughts for girl's marriage. U need to b assertive n yes in consultation, u kindly visit a clinical
psychologist who will teaxh u assertive communication skills.
Ur parents also need counseling so better opt for family counseling if
