Asking for Husband, Male, 37 years old, Middle east
2 years back there was a diagnosis of mild to moderate mitral and aortic valve regurgitation. Lvidd was 6.2 . Ef 60 % LA is 4 . Doctors advised just to monitor the situation. As per doctors its by birth. There are no symptoms except for cardiac arrhythmia once in a while ( like once in a years time). How necessary is the surgery?
The history provided is not sufficient to make big decisions like advising heart surgery to any person. Also, the echo findings do not correlate much. Further testing is required.
