Asking For Self, Male, 23 years old, Lahore

I have had these issues since 2011 and been consulting different doctors since 2012 but unfortunately there hasn't been any improvement. I quit a lot of times during this time out of desperation. I have been put on different medications, mainly on Escitalopram (Prolexa), Olanzapine (Olepra) and Epival among others. But all of these have been to almost no avail. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

To add to my question, Clomipril (clomipramine HCL) is what has been consistent medication even when the psychiatrist made changes to others meds. He suggested me to keep taking this regularly. This is the only thing that has been of some use. It reduces the sheer mind burden and constant/lingering headache.
