Talk to Cancer Specialist / Oncologist on Gas

My son most of the time complains of stomach hurt .he has gas problem took him to general physician but useless .not effective .his bowl movement is everyother day or can say 2 to 3 times a week max ..is he getting from some food if yes how will i get to know which food what should I do ??
