Asking for Mother, Female, 56 years old, Karachi
On 21st september my mother had gone with a cataract surgery on her left eye but after one day when cover was removed from her eye she was unable to see from that eye. Today I went to a doctor, he said that during operation the pressure on eye was too high so he did not removed one layer which he will do after 10 days and all will be fine.
Please tell me that, all will be fine again?

It's a tricky question. Only your surgeon can give you right answer or some other experienced surgeon after examination of that eye.
Sometimes in a specific type of a Cataract posterior capsule of bag (in which the lens to be placed) is unusually opaque which needs to be cut either during surgery or after surgery.
There are several possibilities here depending on the exact circumstances
during surgery. It is very, very difficult to talk about prognosis (what
will happen in the future) without actually examining the patient. However,
you should have confidence in your doctor and you can always go for a
second opinion.

Thanks Sir, also we went for foldable lens but doctor gone for rigid lens. He said only rigid lens could have fixed at that time to prevent fixing complications..

Surgeon usually opt for rigid iol when they encounter some complication during surgery.
There may be some vitreous hemorrhage or lens matter in vitreous.
If in Lahore you can visit me and then can confirm you the details.
