Muhammad Imran from Sharjah suffering both heels pain from last two years here doctor diagnosed PF & also two times inject PF injection but pain is same now some dr says its rehmotoid arthritis & some says no its PF so better to go for Pf Release surgery. kindly help me & advise because pain is worst
There are non operative options As well. We do not generally advise planter fascia release unless other non operatives methods have been exhausted.

Dr Sahab kindly advise because i am bearing this pain from last two years & not its very hard for me to bear more.
owing to this pain i am unable to perform my duty so i am very scare about my Job.
please advise last & final option.from last tears years i took many different pain killers tablets , injections & some others medicines well.
two times PF injection done.
daily i am doing different exercises Ice Massage , Rolling Tennis Ball , keeping Silicone Gel Pad in my shoes ,Stretching Foot but all in vain.
so please tell me last & final solution if you will advise i will come Lahore for the treatment.
i am 34 year old.
