I have severe headache on one side my head. Left side. Which is also coming to my left eye. Cannot even put this side on pillow because it hurts alot. My head is hammering. Cant even sleep. Recommend some remedy please

Take 2 tablets of panadol along with stemetil tablet and see a Neurologist.

I tried taking panadol. Didn't help. I was feeling nauseatic as well. Still its hurting but severity is less
