Talk to Neuro Physician on Shoulder ,neck And Headace

sir i usually have this pain when i get stressed or tired alot ..it starts from neck and then one sided(mostly right side) headace and it goes away with TAB ponston fort but i hate take medicines and i am now exhausted due to this usual pain.please help
