i had varicocele surgery 1 year ago 6 month later i had a utrasound which show i still have varicocel i went through two ultra sound the doctor told me sometimes utrasound show wrong i have left varicocel grade 1 now i have been in pain for 1 year what should i do go for another surgery ?
