My weight is arround 85 kg. I m 5.8 inches. Age 38 years. I am suffering from high blood pressure. Am i overweight? Is overweight is the problem of BP? How can i loss weight?

reduce ur weight and u will see the difference
start eating clean
no fried items
no carbs in night
shift from white to brownn
brown sugar instead of white
brown rice instead of white
add fruits and vegetables to yr diet

Yes you are overweight by 11 kgs to be precise. Being overweight does increase your blood pressure. You can take ginger tea in the morning to lower blood pressure.
