Talk to General Physician on Copd Patient Vitamin Guidance

For copd patient is it good to take Ubiquinol capsules? My father had Angina in Feb for which he takes Ansaid in morning and Rolip in night. I want to start him Ubiquinol as it has so many benefits. He is patient of copd also so is there any kind of effect on hia lungs? Also i want to know what are the benefits if he take Vitamin C. Vitamin b complex and Vitamin D? His D level is 39. He has several mood disorder with severe depression and anxiety. He is very weak and dont have a good diet. No vegetables and fruits. Plz guide me. Thanks.
