I am 24 and my body always goes hot like fire.. I am ungerweight.. Cant gain weight.. Have no mass. My weight is 48..i goes to consultant in agah khan.. He did my 15 different test like sugar.. B12.. After reading your case you have been evaluated thoroughly and no cause has been identified it means symptoms are there but no any medical illness this condition is called psychosomatic symptoms in other word medically unexplained symptoms which has underlying psychiatric ethology specially Depression and Anxiety which you have mention that depression has led to suicidal thoughts which reflects severity of depression.on one hand you are dying you can control depression and grief n other hand you are saying diagnose my case, depression is a psychiatric illness can not be controlled without treatment either medication or counselling and doe proper diagnosis you need to visit as soon as possible because of severity of symptoms.
