AOA, I live out side Pakistan and my son had cercamsation when he was 4 months old but it was spoil and skin attached over cap, so he had cercamsation again in Pakistan, again got problem, now he is 5 years old and body hard skin is attached just beside of cap edge (thin skin on slander area behind cap is not visible) please advise me what I should do now,

Some babies have a pad of fat in pubic area which stops it to look like a normal circumcision. You need to leave your child well alone and I think he should get better with age. Even second circumcision was most likely not required. However if you can share some pictures (if you can not physically come) then I can advise better. Take picture in neutral position and then with skin pulled backwards.
