I was 94 kgs in 2014 which i reduced to 65 kg=s in one year by controlling my diet. I couldn't reduce more and i went into starvation mode as i wanted to be 55 and i did go as low as 60. After starvation and deprivation i suddenly started eating alot and i gained 20 kgs in 6 months. I cant stop eating and thinking of food. I binge 2 to 3 rotis in 5 minutes that's how fast i am. Right now i m 86 with 5ft 5 inch height. What should i do?
