Talk to Cancer Specialist / Oncologist on Cancer

My mother's left breast was removed due to cancer in 2002, however she got ascities in 2014 for which chemotherapy was performed and it cured it. However same problem occurred in Jan 2017 and again chemotherapy was involved till May 2017. CA-125 was 37 in Aug 2017 and today on 28 Nov 2017 it is 308. Operation was performed in Nishtar Multan whereas further treatment is being performed in INMOL. Currently she is under treatment by a doctor sb with whom we are satisfied and this question is for a second advise. Please advise.
