Sir i have bad breath problem for 15 years. I don't know what to do.i'm so embarrassed talking to people face to face for this problem. Sometimes i feel my own smell. Please help me.

Main aaj tak dentist k pass ni gaya. Aur naa he scaling karwaai kbi. Is k elawa koi medications nii lai raha. Stomach ka aik test hoota hai H.Pylori yeah test mera Positive he rehta hai. Brush subah naashtay say pehlay karta ho aur raat ko daily nii karta kbi kbi karta ho aur 3 say 4 minute tak he karta ho.

Visit Gastroenterologist with your recent report of H. pylori test. It can be one of the reason of halitosis ( bad breath).
Please get your scaling n polishing done.
Brush twice daily after breakfast n at bedtime daily. Brushing should be done after breakfast. Dont skip brushing at bedtime. Make sure u dont eat/drink anything except water after brushing at night.
Proper brushing technique should be followed. Plz check videos on YouTube or on Facebook group.
You can use niflam mouthwash after brushing for 2 weeks only.
Visit Dentist and Gastroenterologist soon.

Mam bad breath say chronic Tonsilitis ho sakta hai ya zaroori ni hai.

Mam toothpaste koi bhi use kar sakta ho ya Sensodyne or Dr toothpaste yeah thek rahain gaiy. Mam main bahut tang aa chuka ho Bad breath say . Kisi say baat karnay ko dil ni karta mera. Mera apna profession he NURSING hai. Lekin General Nursing main ho 10 saal say. Bahut he pareshaaan ho.

koi bhe Floride toothpaste use kar ljy.
brush proper technique se kjy .
videos Facebook group or youtube be available hain.
Gastroenterologist or dentist se zaroor consult kjy.
