Part of brain once damage doesn't recover completely. As reported in mri there is damage. However behaviour can be controlled to a great extent by medicine. However Final opinion will be given in complete Check up. Current treatment is not appropriate

MRI is already done and detailed history is not mentioned and the symptoms which you have mentioned here are need to be assessed for this you need to visit a doctor either neurologist first or psychiatrist referral can be generated from either side

Bhai ki age kitni he ?? MRI ke hisaab se neurology ka masla bi he. So current advice is that get neurology and psychiatry opinion again. patients ko dekh kar uska examination karke sahi se andaza kiya jaa skta he k treatment kis tarah chalega.

age 46years ha in dawao se pehle bhai ka khana pena kam tha 2month pehle vitamind level 4 tha and pehle bhai 2 din tk sota rehta tha and phr 30 35 hour tak jagta tha sukoon nhi tha har peer thandy negative thinking hoti thi 5 se 6 years wo lextonil and xanax kahte rahe hen 2month se wo band krdi hen bhai 2003 se depression ka shikar rhe unho ne koi b dawa nhi chori hai depression ki bhuut se dr ko dikhya b hai but eccident k baad yh conditions hogai hen jo mene apko batai hen unka dil nh nh chahta dr ko dikhane knliye mjhe jana parta ha har dafa hum abhi dr abdullah shaikh jo hyderabad ma hen psyiatrc unko dikha rhe hen 2month se unki yhi medison chal rhi hen ap please sahhe guide kren hamen
