It's obvious that your health has been significantly affected by your symptoms. This has forced you to consult with various Cardiologists and have numerous tests performed.
You obviously need to be under the care of a Psychiatrist for the anxiety related symptoms, and would probably benefit from treatment from a Psychotherapist as well.
As far as the pains in your body are concerned, they may or may not be related to the anxiety. If you have not done so already, I suggest a consultation with a Rheumatologist or an Orthopaedic Surgeon or a Doctor with an interest in Musculoskeletal problems to rule out any other cause for the pain.
Best of Luck!
