Dear,
what i can see is that she is breastfeeding and although she has suspecious looking lesions in breast and a positive history for breast cancer in family,
i feel its not malignant. its likely periductal mastitis due to milk retention.
however a biopsy can b helpful to confirm this and rule out suspecious causes.

unfortunately she seems to have malignancy ..with such strong family
history and ultrasound report u must go for trocut biopsy of lesion to have
diagnosis .

Further two test performed
1. Ultrasound (Abdomen & Pelvis)
2. X-ray (Digital) Chest PA View
Both reports are fine. Nothing wrong elsewhere in the body. But Dr. Sobia Jawaid is 100% sure on basis of breast Ultrasound that this is malignant without going for Biopsy. The case is now forwarded to OPD SKMCH for further assessment of the disease stage.
U need urgent further investigations to reach final diagnosis pls consult general surgeon
