Asking for Mother, Female, 54 years old, Lahore
My mother is a heart patient for last 12 years, she is taking suggested medicine by Punjab Cardiology Doctors, but from last month she often complains about severe pain in her left hand which goes away only after angised tablet, ECG, Echo and all other reports all are Okay. What could be the possible problem ? Should I take her to visit any doctor or get some other tests first, please suggest. Thank you so much for any help.
If her pain is being resolved with angised then it could be angina pain. Normal ECG and Echo do not rule out angina
I suggest you bring her for a check up . May need further testing
Well if the pain goes away with angised then either perfusion scan or stress ECG should be performed.
