There has to be some kind of inflammation in your knees if there is no history of injury.
You should get your Serum URIC Acid, RAFactor, ESR and ASO Titre + X Rays of your knees done.
Diagnosis is must before starting any kind of treatment blindly.

Mention your age. Some blood tests and X-rays/MRI will be required. Is there any history of injury or fall?

Member of Marham-Forum

Hope you are doing great
I have pain in my left kneee
I did MRI last year, dr said i have partial ligament tear. He recommended me physiotherapy and also gave Home plan too.
Can anyone tell me is it possible to recover my tear and become normal just like that before that injury?
