I would ask you to do your blood sugar level now and GCT( Glucose Challenge test with 50gm glucose 1hour non fasting at 26 weeks
Left lateral position is preferred but no problem with even RT Lateral position
You can sleep on both sides
You can check your blood sugar fasting
