from last 1 month i am feeling lower back bone pain which is now very severe,i cant not sleep throughout the night
Any history of trauma? Should get an xray or MRI of spine and consult a physician.
Aoa . How this pain started . You had any fall or accident? or pulled some weight ? Which med taken? Xray kerwaya? Shown to any doc ?

As for I guess I use to play badminton and during play I think my muscle pulled.i did not care.now after 2 months the problem become serious.even now I can not been during play.
I have my visited yet any physician as I m Mr sure about to which specslizd doc I should visit

1) is there any history of trauma or fall?
2) what is the location of pain?
3) in which time of day the pain gets worsen? Morning, evening, night
4) is pain radiates upto leg? if yes then upto which level?
5) do you have any X-ray or MRI?

Any know about trauma
Lower back bone exactly tail of back bone n slow whole back starts pain
I did nt fall by play bdmntn during which I think my muscle pulled
At night exactly pain starts
No pain does my go to legs.jst Lower back bone n then whole back side

I have lower back pain and goes to left leg last three months I consult many orthopedic surgeons but pain still remain

First of all one thing should be clear, back pain is not a disease, it is a
symptom. A symptom of arthritis, mal-positioned vertebras, disk issues or
even due to weak back muscles. i need to access you properly to diagnose
the root cause of your lower back pain. I can also advise you x-ray or mri
after physical assessment.
Back pain is a vague condition and it could be because of systemic cause or
it might be mechanical or traumatic for proper diagnosis and treatment
kindly consult your physician/physical therapist.
whats ur age? n what is ur profession?
Take any good muscle relaxant tab . And any good local rub gel . And do apply gel on back and then do sikayee . Locally. 5 to 6 days you will be ok inshallah

u need to visit physiotherapist so that he/ she may assess ur spine... and ask some imprtant questions leading to finalise the diagnosis.
does the pain radiate tp legs as well????

no pain does not go through legs.infact it goes to lower left n right side of spine

okay than its localised pain. moderate intensity . u need to get physiotherapy consultation and treatment as soon as possible.

Sorry for late reply. i was busy...
this could be due to the spasm...take hot water bath(hot fragmentation) and some muscle relaxant like Movex of 4mg at night
and a good rest...abnormal posture could cause spasm in the back,and it could cause low back pain. and if the pain radiates into leg or numbness in the legs then you should visit us...

Know nthng about trauma.n yt also did not visit any phycian so no x-rays r other reports
