Hi! You better take consultation asap. I can't really sugget you something
over the message as your issue is quite serious. If you are planning
suicide and having frequent thoughts about it then you better take
consultation. And till then delay your suicide thoughts impulses nd
plans,on the bright side your problem is quite manageable, You just need
proper guidance
its a medical emergency. you should be on mood stabilizers and psychiatrist
will prescribe. visit a good and competent psychiatrist.

Well ur state is neither bipolar nor love. It is just temporary phase of
disturbance in life. It might be dianosed as an adjustment disorder when
you mention the duration and other symptoms
You need no medition but a competent clinical or counselling psychologist
who would listep to you and help you choose the best path to your self

dear i stop bipolar medicine in past but too much severe effects i stop bipolar medicine start depression medicine with ritalin soo much severe effect i dont know what happend but my condition is very severe then doctor again start bipolar medicine then stable after 3 months... i even dont know what disoder i have due shy i dont want go people will see me and what will think about me that why i dont come to psychologist ......i got doctor there also psychologist but i am unable to share

Well getter you take a step and go to a Psychotherapist in ur vicinity or
if easy visit any one u feel comfortable. Also u may go with a friend
accompanying u so u feel less frightened or shy. N after d first
consultation, u will feel a difference . U need to take d first step in
order to help urself
