Hi these all are signs of clinical depression but on the bright side i can
still see your motivation to get better as you are talking about your
problem. I can understand this is really a hard thing to do, talking about
such a problem but trust me professionals like psychologists and
psychiatrist can help you with all this situation and you can get out of it
within no time if you would seek treatment. If you dont want to visit
anyone just keep on writing me I shall help you in any capacity, for a
starter just start from doing daily activities in a routine and do
sometjing for yourself only for yourself which makes you happy. For example
listening to some light music, watching a drama or going for ten minutes
walk. And there must be something which is bothering you most that has
triggered your depresdion stop ruminating about that and try to move on
with daily tasks and goals.
If you'd tell me about your history i will be able to guide you
accordingly. And with regard of Spirtuality if God help those who help
themselves, and here you are you are helping yourself, very good!! Keep on
talking about your problem with someone and if you can come to me by
