Dear Dr., I had a testicular dopler ultrasound and the result shows that I have a "left sided varicocele". Urologist asked me for a semen analysis and its results are attached to this post. I am not married yet. urologist said as the varicocele is not affecting the sperms health so there is no need for its treatment. I need an analysis regarding the semen analysis report which is attached here and also the result of ultrasound. please tell me if i need a treatment of varicocele or the sperm's health (fertility) is good to conceive. Thanks
AOA.are u experiencing any problem due to this left sided varicocele or not. second need to examine varicocele that if it is grade 2 or 3 than must operate.

At moment you need to keep follow up with urologist.
Also need counseling and physical examination.
In future you may need further treatment

I am not experiencing any problem with this. I need your review on the semen analysis report which is attached to the above post. Urologist said as the vacicocele is not affecting sperms health so there is no need for its treatment at the moment. whats your view on that?
