Dietary fiber has been reported to lower the blood levels and effectiveness of tricyclic antidepressant medications i.e. the older class of medications. SSRIs the newer antidepressants like Escitalopram have no such reported effect by dietary fibres. So, dietary fibres can be safely taken with Escitalopram.
