Talk to Neuro Physician on Cerebral Palsy Delay Child Lot Of Stiffness And Cant Move Or Walk Or Sit

Salam hope you will be doing well. My daughter is 5 years old. She had a cerebral palsy problem from birth and consider as a delay child. I need best dr and treatment but cant efford it. Any idea where she would be helped.
