Madam,
by assure i mean is there any cure or therapy for it because as far as i know it isn't. and you better know the stance of world psychological associations on this matter. i've already consulted and taken counselling sessions with some psychologist and they themselves are helpless apart from giving me the strength to bear with it.

Thanks for the appreciation, infact this issue has become a life long goal for me rather an issue. by each passing day my perseverance and resoluteness strengthens. the only thing that concerns me is shortage of time. I have to get rid of this as early as possible and lead a normal life like other people do. infact most of the problems in my life arise due to my personality disorder and sexual orientation. I have gone through some counselling sessions back at my university which didn't help much. I want my case to be handled by a specialist who has treated this issue successfully before. sir, I experience episodes of GAD but now im suffering from sleep.disorder. when I fall to sleep my mind starts to suppose that I would not be able to sleep and hence I struggle alot until I sleep after one hour. when I wakeup at night again certain feelings envelope my mind that I can,t sleep and next day will be exhausted . please guide me to resolve this issue
