Aoa. I am a Software Engineer by profession (means I have to see screen almost 10-14 hours a day) and My Eye vision is working perfectly. I think, I have two issues with my eyes. First is my eye vision become blurry during book reading or at that time when clear focusing on anything. and second is, when I yawn, my eyes become stretch and water comes in my eyes. Please give me your valuable suggestion or recommendation.

your problem is dry eyes which in your case is due to low blink rate due to computer work and prolong screen exposure
you should start artificial tears but 1st check up should be done to exclude other causes
