the attached are the audiologist reports( old and new ) and i want to know the best solution and is there any possibility of not using hearing aid etc.

What was the outcome ... Was it hearing aid the solution or was it.. Something else
these reports shows the child has sensorineural hearing loss. She miss many sounds during communication. only hearing aid is option. By using digital computerized hearing aid child communication and even school performance will improve.
Kindly make re assessment of hearing by a qualified audiologist
