My baby is 9 weeks old and until yesterday he had been producing 5-6 wet diapers in 24 hours, but since yesterday, he is producing only 3 wet diapers with logging intervals, like 5-6 hours. He also had a slight temperature yesterday evening for which I gave him panadol. No fever since then however. Please let me know is it normal or should I go to see the doctor ? What is normal count of wet diapers for 9 weeks old baby? And when should I worry?
if she is feeding well than no problem...three wet diapers are also adequate urine output...give more feeding and if she is not feeding adequately than best is to consult a doctor
