My son has a born isdue of coronal hypospedias. I am worried about surgery i met many urologist they all said, its up to me weather i go through for surgery or left alone this issue until my son take own decision, he dont have any disturbance while urine, but its point of peeing is not at tip of the shaft, just below at normal point, plz suggest me, is the surgery necessary,or after surgery the shape of his penis looks normal and any side effects plz guide me in detail.
AOA.in coronal hypospadias there are two points. one function of penis and second cosmetic look of penis. as far concern of function of penis coronal hypospadias will not effect functioning of penis.
