Talk to General Surgeon on High ESR AND HIGH TTG

I have contact joint swelling from last 6 months plus i have hashimoto and haitus hernia .my blood results shows high esr and high ttg . I have bloating and pain after eating issue. I had endoscopy 4 months back but it showed no damage just found haitis hernia . Please have a look at my result and suggest is it gluten intolerance or a caelic deases.
