Aoa, Doctor sahib, 2015 m mera kidney stone ka operation huwa through PCNL. Aik Saal theek raha Phir achanak se mera Urine blocked hona strt hogya mein ne again checkup krwaya but bht se test krwaye Os me blockg ka ptaa nhe chl ska. Phir me ne Dilatation krwai. Ab Mjhe urine bht ziyada ata Har 5mint mint bad washroom Aur sath left side bladder wali vine mein pain hoti hai. mein bht upset hun. m na safar na koi km kr skta. Bar bar wshroom jana prtaa. please help me. Meri reports attached hain sath. thanks

You mentioned that you had many tests. What were those tests?
Have you had any of these tests recently:
1. IVP or CT scan of kidneys to look for residual stones?
2. Uroflowmetry?
3. Bladder scan to look for urine after you pass urine?
4. Urine culture?

How is your condition now?
I could not answer earlier as I was away.
Based upon these reports, there is possibility of infection.
Paishaab ki naali narrow ho sakti hai... kyunke pehlay bhee aap ne uski dilatation karwai thee. Uss ki wajah se bhee yeh alamat ho sakti hain.
3. Aap k gurday mai phir se pathri bun gai hai ( ya pehlay he complete clearance nahi hoi thee)
Its not unusual to have urine infection in the presence of stone in the kidney.

Have these tests done and consult a Urologist:
1. Uroflowmetry
2. Urine culture.
