Can we take ABC ( Apple beet root & Carrot) drink in first trimester. I am anaemic patient having 10.4 HB minor thalesimia . I have history of 5 weeks miscarriage as well.
If you have thalassemia minor you should not take iron supplements without consulting your doctor because some patients with thalassemia minor already have iron levels in their body. I would suggest you to get serum iron level and Ferritin levels checked and then consult your family physician before using this drink to help correct the anemia.
u can take juices or not is equal as juice has nothing to do. however in must investigate ur iron levels before u take any iron in ur case
