On july 2016 she was diagnosed with tubercle lymphadenitis in neck continued with tubercle medications till july 2017 then on january 2018 she could feel hardness again in her neck more like nodule bump plus thats painful. Doctor says its because of her severe throat infection but she doesnt feel it so. Took augmentin 625mg 3 times a day for 7 days plus antiallergic medications. Just wanted to know what is the reason behind this nodule formation again? Its really hard and painful.Well dec she got a flu shot as well and took antiallergics then as well. Have been exercising for a month now in order to get her weight back to normal. Please suggest that its not a matter of problem for her.

ideal is that you should get this hard lump assessed as soon as possible.
it could a be reactivation of the issue she had in that past as well.

She need x-ray neck AP and Lat. view /CT scan of neck . ? FNAB /?
excesional biopsy . Better to be seen by ENT specialist.
