if you are diagnosed a case of OCD then it is very necessary to visit a psychiatrist to make the treatment plan for you which included initial assessment, then some medications and psychotherapy to control obsessions and compulsive behavior called ERP (exposure and response prevention).

Dear Self-Diagnosed OCD,

OCD has a big spectrum . Its treatment ranges from medications to
psychotherapy. I would suggest an intial assessment which can determine
what is the best course forwards. Alongwith the current stressors and your
expectations.

Its a challenging illness, but can have good results.
