salam, you need to consult a good dermatologist for the treatment of melesma, its a very difficultly to treat condition and there is no one medication that can be given to treat it.

There can be many causes of melasma like hormonal changes, thyroid dysfunction etc. You should consult a dermatologist for proper examination and treatment.
