Talk to Pediatrician on Twitching, Jittering

Aoa. My son is 2 months old. He was born via vaccum delivery and had scalp swollen up. He got jaundice later. I got him checked in defence hospital and was told he was fine. The jaundice went away without medication. However from the very second week of his life I started noticing that his hands and feet twitch. This happens just as he falls asleep or after he wakes up. His eyes roll, he laughs with one hand twitching once and the other after wards. It usually stops if I touch the area but once it didn't stop shaking. Kindly help me in this regard.
