i'm having extreme pain in my head for 7 months. i m 17 years old nd i m a student i don't read very much i don't watch much tv whenever i try to sleep these headaches happen plzzz suggest a solution i can't prepare for my exams in this condition

the problem is i don't live in lahore i live in gujrat but there was no option for that so i chose lahore i can't come to lahore on my own but anyways thanku so much for your consult
