Aoa, what is the cause of puffy (pointed) nipples in male, can they be treated without surgery? What are possible solutions and there side effects

Enlargment of male breast also called gynaecomastia can be without
reason or it may be due to liver disease or some drug use. In case of a
known drug responsible discontinuing that medicine will help in settlin the
enlarged breast but if no cause is found then only surgery is the solution
in the form of liposuction or surgical excission of breast tissue
