Talk to Pulmonologist / Lung on Pilonoidal Sinus For 1yr

Respected Drs I am having pilonidal sinus for last 1yr due to accident. I took medications but as soon as i quit med the fluid discharges again.its so irritating and now the pain starts. I need an advice that from where i do a surgery?? How much it costs and how much time it takes to be completely cured.
