Talk to Gastroenterologist on Abdominal Pain

I have period like abdominal cramps since 11am today, they became intense at 2/3pm. The bowel movement is fine, period date is one week far, I have taken ponstan an hour ago but no use. I am also feeling cold in this weather. I had this kind of pain the previous month, consulted the Dr who gave me librex and some other medicines, I had nausea at that time too. But now I am experiencing this pain again. What could be the reason? What should I do now as there is no Dr available at this hour and my husband has a night shift today. PS: there is no chance that I could be pregnant. Regards
