Yes but whenever his exams comes up he got too stressed he is very intelligent but he got too tension he can't control himself he can't sleep he thinks about all his past things

First of all we can not stigmatized anyone with any disorder without proper
dignoses by the doctor.
Client need proper counselling sessions so that his root cause of such
negativity may b identify or sought out. Otherwise he can try some coping
strategies with him like to relax his mind and repeatedly asked to himself
that he can study he will prove his best etc, like positive statements that
can leads him towards positivity or motivate him to study effectively.

He don't know how to handle with studies how to study properly from where to start and where to end he is very intelligent and fun loving now I don't know what happend to him suddenly he used to do every month or whenever his exams comes up

dear, firstly it is important to diagnose him based on clinical interview and assessment. The presentation of symptom is not clear. If it happens only during exams then it may be a stress related issue. If the mood related symptoms including sad mood almost all day nearly every day with loss of interest in previous pleasure activities and/or maniac representation is noted then the diagnosis and line of treatment would be entirely different.
Kindly avoid from medication before assessment. The issue can only be conceptualized and worked on after complete assessment. You may have appointment with me.

don't label it bipolar disorder he must have to consult any psychologist because sorry to say sudden change in life like this and unmanaged issues are harmful sometime
