Hi.im living abroad. We are trying for conception since last one year without any luck. Now my husband is diagnosed with hypothyroid and no sperm count. Hi there all, we just received second medical report of my husband and it’s also same showing no sperm in semen analysis.. please suggest what to do next ..

Sperm issue needs to be addressed separately. But still I suggest to repeat semen analysis after 6 months of treatment for hypothyroidism.

Azoospermia may be divided into primary and secondary; primary being a medical issue with the testis and or the reproductive system, and secondary due to any other cause. Does he have shortness of breath? He could be low on testosterone of FSH...let me know

no, he doesn't have shortness of breath. He is healthy and testis have no issue. We are waiting for second test report then i will upload them.
