Talk to General Physician on Hard Vain Under Armpit.

I was feeling pain from last month under my armpit then sudden I feel under my armpit there is a hard type of vain or rope coming from upper armpit and going end somewhere end of armpit I am very much confuse about it .

I have used Medicine but still this thing present, What to do now please guide me. Ja Za Kallah
